It has been quite a while since I've posted on my blog. Things have been extremely hectic all spring as my husband traveled during most of it, and I've found that my volunteer work has become more than I can fit in my schedule. But I have realized that I can't do it all, and have rearranged my schedule, which gives me more to scrap and concentrate on the things I enjoy.
If you haven't seen it on the C'est Magnifique Blog, the July Kit will feature paper
from UHK and KaiserCraft. I really love the combination of the
cream and black from UHK, and the soft pinks and blues from KaiserCraft.
Here's a layout I created using the July kit. I've chosen this very sweet photo of my niece Macy and immediately thought I should title it "Walk this Way". I have mixed both lines of paper by creating a frame with the graphic UHK paper. The chipboard leaves are from Blue Fern Studios.
I can't wait to show you more from this kit, but for now, this is it.
I'll be back at the end of the month with more!
Thanks for stopping by.
